Refunds/ exchanges/ shop credit will be given within 30 days of receiving product for the following:

• Products damaged during transit
• Products lost in transit (showing undelivered)

Deposits for commissions are non-refundable. The reason for this is the 50% deposit covers my work on preliminary sketches and some work beyond that, I still need to be paid for that time worked even if you decide not to continue with the commission.

Commission payments made in full (100%) that choose not to continue with the project before it is completed will receive a refund of 50% or shop credit for the amount of 50% of the project.

Commission payments made in full (100%) that choose not to continue with the project after it is completed will not receive a refund, even if client has not given final written approval.
